What Makes me unique?
After nearly two decades building a career in real estate, I chose to return to my first passion: health and nutrition. I’ve spent years experimenting, studying, and coaching – determined to cut through the noise and deliver what actually works. With a background in kinesiology, advanced coaching certifications, and an obsession with evidence-based practice, I help men bridge the gap between hard training and smart nutrition.
I believe in clarity over complexity, execution over excuses, and sustainable strategies that drive real, visible results. My mission isn’t just to educate—it’s to motivate, hold you accountable, and help you achieve the level of health and strength you know you’re capable of.

My story
Health and nutrition shaped the person I’ve become. As a child, I struggled with being overweight, and those years between the ages of 5 and 15 left a lasting impression on me. I know firsthand the frustration, the self-doubt, and the impact it can have on confidence. But I also know what it feels like to turn that around—through learning, persistence, and building sustainable habits.
That early experience is a major reason why I’m so passionate about this work today. It gave me empathy, perspective, and a drive to help others avoid the same struggles or finally break free from them.
Later in life, I spent nearly 20 years building a career in real estate. But throughout that time, my real energy came alive when conversations turned to health, fitness, and nutrition. I found myself constantly reading, experimenting, and coaching informally – until I realized this wasn’t just a side interest. It was the work I was meant to do.
What sets me apart today is not just my professional training, but the combination of lived experience and relentless study. I’ve tested what works and what doesn’t, spent countless hours learning from leading experts, and refined an approach that’s both evidence-based and practical for real life.

What makes your company unique?
I am someone who, like many has struggled with weight issues in the past – especially in childhood. I have tried many diets over decades and have a lot of personal experience. Over the past years, many friends have started to see me as a resource for them as they seek to achieve their own body composition and fitness goals.
