My career began in fitness. I ran a personal training studio. I helped clients boost their health and performance. For eighteen years, I’ve thrived in real estate. Yet, my passion for health and fitness has always remained strong.
Now, I’m bringing that same discipline and professionalism back to coaching. My focus is on evidence-based nutrition and practical strategies that drive real results.
Like many, I’ve had my own struggles with weight – especially growing up. I’ve tried almost every diet. I know what works and what doesn’t. Now, I’ve developed a clear and sustainable way to change. Friends, clients, and colleagues often ask me for tips on better nutrition and fitness. This new venture simply makes that role official.

What exactly do you do as a nutrition coach?
I help busy men cut through the noise of the fitness industry. Instead of chasing trends or guessing what works, you’ll have a clear, science-based nutrition strategy tailored to your body, lifestyle, and goals. Beyond the plan, I provide accountability and support — making sure you actually follow through.
How is this different from hiring a personal trainer?
Most trainers focus on workouts. I focus on the area where 90% of your results actually come from — nutrition. Training matters, but without a smart nutrition plan, results stall. My coaching ensures your diet and lifestyle drive fat loss, muscle growth, and long-term sustainability.
Is this just a meal plan?
No. Meal plans simply don’t work. A static meal plan doesn’t solve the real issue: knowing how to eat in real life situations. My coaching teaches you the principles, helps you execute consistently, and adapts to your schedule. You’ll never feel trapped by a rigid plan.
How much time will this take each week?
My clients are busy professionals. That means everything I design is built to respect your time. Expect 30-40 minutes a day to track, prepare, and execute. The payoff is major: more energy, sharper focus, and a body that matches the effort you put into your career.
Do I have to give up alcohol, dining out, or my favourite foods?
No. In fact, cutting everything you enjoy is why most diets fail. My job is to show you how to include the things you love without derailing progress. You’ll learn balance and control — not restriction.
What results can I expect and how fast?
Results depend on your starting point and execution, but most men see noticeable changes in energy, weight, and body composition within the first 4–6 weeks. My coaching is not about “quick fixes” — it’s about results you can maintain for life.
How do you deliver coaching?
Apart from Executive clients, everything is online for your convenience. You’ll have a private coaching portal where I deliver your plan, track progress, and communicate with you directly. Weekly check-ins keep you accountable, and I’m available for ongoing support between them.
Do I need to track calories or macros?
Yes — at least to begin with. If you don’t know how you’re fueling your body, you can’t expect consistent results. Energy balance is critical for fat loss and muscle gain. Tracking builds awareness, discipline, and accuracy. Over time, as you gain confidence and consistency, we can shift toward a more flexible approach that doesn’t require logging every bite.
